We are now looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen our position in the market.

Your Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in acquiring new aircraft owners for our management services and growing our charter operations. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, identifying business opportunities, and positioning Haute Aviation as the preferred choice for private aircraft owners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential aircraft owners interested in management services under our Swiss and Austrian AOCs.
Develop and maintain relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, and aviation industry stakeholders.
Drive business growth through targeted networking, strategic partnerships, and direct client engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Represent Haute Aviation at industry events, conferences, and private gatherings.
Provide regular market analysis and insights to support business strategy.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations in private aviation or a related industry.
Strong network within the private aviation sector, UHNWIs, or family offices.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
Fluency in English; German or French is an advantage.
Ability to work independently while aligning with company goals.
