Customer Service Representative, 100% (Opfikon, Zürich) Switzerland

Haute Aviation is a family-owned private aviation company with Swiss and Austrian roots. We provide private charter and brokerage, aircraft management, and aircraft sales and acquisition services to an international clientele.

Operating under Swiss and Austrian Air Operator Certificates and in accordance with EASA standards, we combine Swiss precision with personal service, discretion and the highest safety standards. Our fleet includes the Pilatus PC-12 PRO, Pilatus PC-12 NGX, Embraer Phenom 300E, Bombardier Global Express, Dassault Falcon 6X and Bell 407 GXP helicopter.

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Zürich.

In this role, you will manage the complete customer experience after a charter flight has been sold, whether the flight is operated by the Haute Aviation fleet or arranged through a trusted charter partner.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by telephone and email

• Coordinating charter flights from confirmation through to completion

• Assisting with catering orders and coordinating individual dietary requirements and passenger preferences

• Organising passenger details, ground transportation and other individual travel requirements

• Liaising with clients, crews, flight operations, handling agents, suppliers and charter partners

• Monitoring active flights and providing clients with relevant updates

• Resolving operational and service-related issues efficiently

• Maintaining accurate booking details, documentation and internal records

• Supporting the charter sales and operations teams

• Working closely with colleagues to achieve shared service and business objectives

• Providing evening and weekend support on a rotational basis

• Occasionally travelling to international aviation events

• Flexibility to participate in evening and weekend support rotations

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

• Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office

• A valid right to work in Switzerland

• Availability to start as soon as possible or by agreement
  

Additional languages are an advantage.

Preferred experience includes:

• Private charter sales or charter operations

• VIP or business aviation cabin service

• Five-star hotels, luxury travel, concierge services or other premium service environments
