Job description

As a Dispatcher / Flight Coordinator at Haute Aviation, based in our Opfikon (Zürich) office, you play a central role in the daily operation of our fleet and client flights. You coordinate missions end-to-end, support crews, and act as a key contact for clients and partners.

This role includes structured off-hour coverage to support urgent operational requirements outside standard office hours.

Flight Planning and Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate flight itineraries with clients, crews, and partners

  • Prepare complete flight packages including routing, fuel planning, and weather analysis

  • Obtain all required permits, slots, and handling arrangements

  • Monitor flights and adjust planning when required

Crew Support and Management

  • Brief crews with all operational details prior to each mission

  • Coordinate crew schedules, rest compliance, and travel logistics

  • Support crews during operations and resolve issues in real time

Aircraft Scheduling and Oversight

  • Manage fleet availability and optimise aircraft utilisation

  • Coordinate maintenance inputs with CAMO and external providers

  • Track aircraft status to support reliable operations

Client Communication and Service

  • Act as a direct point of contact for clients and brokers

  • Provide clear, fast, and accurate updates throughout each mission

  • Maintain a high service standard in all communication

Off-Hours Coverage

  • Support urgent operational matters outside standard office hours

  • Coordinate directly with crews and internal teams during off-hours

  • Maintain responsiveness and structured decision-making under time pressure

Emergency and Irregular Operations

  • Support crews in AOG or operational disruptions

  • Apply internal procedures and coordinate with relevant authorities

  • Keep clients informed with clear and structured updates

Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate operational records (flight plans, permits, crew data)

  • Follow all regulatory requirements and internal procedures

  • Support audits and reporting when required

Job requirements

  • Must have the right to work in Switzerland

  • Dispatch licence is an advantage

  • Previous experience in flight dispatch, operations, or business aviation

  • Strong understanding of European aviation regulations and flight planning

  • Confident using flight planning and operational software

  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure

  • Willing to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duty

  • Based in our new office in Opfikon (Zürich), Switzerland
