Fleet Expansion – New Crew Member Required

As Haute Aviation continues to expand its fleet, we are seeking a First Officer based in Switzerland. This is an opportunity to join a growing and highly professional team operating in the premium segment of European business aviation.

Haute Aviation is a Swiss-Austrian business aviation company holding Air Operator Certificates in both Switzerland and Austria. We manage a diverse and growing fleet ranging from helicopters and versatile turboprops to long-range business jets.

  • Pilatus PC-12 PRO

  • Pilatus PC-12 NGX

  • Embraer Phenom 300E

  • Bombardier Global Express

  • Dassault Falcon 2000LXS

  • Dassault Falcon 6X

  • Bell 407 GXP helicopter

Purpose

The successful applicant is expected to demonstrate the highest standards of flying proficiency, safety and situational awareness. This includes the consistent application of:

  • Crew Resource Management (CRM)

  • Threat and Error Management (TEM)

  • Strong airmanship and sound decision-making

  • Effective teamwork in daily operations

The pilot must actively pursue continuous learning and professional development, operate strictly in accordance with Haute Aviation’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining absolute discretion.

Key Responsibilities

The crew member shall take all reasonable steps to:

  • Remain current with all applicable regulations, standards and recognised aviation best practices

  • Adhere strictly to all operational procedures and checklists defined in the Operations Manual

  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism and safety awareness during all flight operations

  • Work effectively with flight crew members, ground personnel and operational teams

  • Support the safe, efficient and customer-focused operation of the aircraft

  • Provide all requested documentation promptly when required by the competent authority

  • Submit the relevant documentation through NP Flight Operations for forwarding to the appropriate authority

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • EASA Frozen ATPL or higher

  • Minimum of 1,500 hours total flight time

  • BD700 type rating is an advantage

  • At least 500 hours on the Global or a comparable aircraft type is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of business aviation operations

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Applicants must have the right to work in Switzerland or the European Union

  • Roster: 17 days on / 13 days off

  • Start date: By mutual agreement
