Job description

Haute Aviation is looking for a Sales Engineer – Charter Sales Strategy & Analysis to support the growth of our charter department.

The role focuses on charter sales performance, pricing strategies, market analysis, and fleet utilisation. You will work closely with charter sales, OCC, dispatch, and management to improve revenue, optimise aircraft usage, and support strategic commercial decisions.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Analysing charter requests and profitability

  • Supporting dynamic pricing and charter sales strategies

  • Monitoring fleet utilisation and empty leg opportunities

  • Creating commercial and operational performance reports

  • Analysing charter margins, trip costs, and revenue opportunities

  • Supporting broker and client relationship management

  • Developing reporting tools, KPIs, and sales analysis

  • Coordinating commercial decisions with operations and dispatch

  • Supporting digital charter sales and workflow optimisation

Job requirements

  1. Right to work in Switzerland

  2. Experience in charter sales, business aviation, operations, or revenue analysis

  3. Strong analytical and commercial mindset

  4. Good understanding of European business aviation operations

  5. Experience with Avinode, Leon, or similar systems is an advantage

  6. Strong Excel and reporting skills

  7. Fluent in English

  8. German is an advantage

  9. Strong organisational and communication skills

  10. Ability to work independently and under pressure

  11. Flexible and solution-oriented personality
