Fleet Expansion – New Crew Set Required

As Haute Aviation continues to expand its fleet, we are looking to recruit a new crew set for our Global XRS operation based in Payerne (LSMP). This is an opportunity to join a growing and highly professional team operating in the premium segment of European business aviation.

About Haute Aviation

Haute Aviation is a Swiss business aviation company with its own Air Operator Certificate (AOC).

We provide aircraft management and on-demand charter services, operating a fleet ranging from the Pilatus PC-12 and Phenom 300E to the Bombardier Global Express, with additional aircraft joining our fleet as we continue to grow.

For our Global Express operation, we are currently looking for an additional VIP Flight Attendant to join our team.

• Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure cabin safety and compliance with all operational procedures

  • Deliver discreet five-star VIP service to passengers

  • Catering planning, ordering, and onboard presentation

  • Full cabin preparation and cabin management before, during, and after flights

  • Inventory management, including stock control and replenishment

  • Maintain the highest standards of cabin cleanliness and presentation

  • Coordinate closely with flight crew and operations
    

• Requirements

  ·       Minimum 3 years of business-aviation experience

  ·       First Class airline or high-end hospitality background is an advantage

  ·       Able to work under pressure and across different time zones

  ·       Confident arranging catering with restaurants and hotels

  ·       Able to create simple plates and welcome snacks independently

  ·       Fluent in English; German or French is an advantage

  ·       Flexible and available for irregular duty schedules

  ·       Comfortable working with high-expectation clients

  ·       Minimum age: 25

  ·       Swiss or EU/EAA passport

  ·       Willing to work a 17/13 duty pattern

  ·       Start Date: 1 June 2026 or by mutual agreement
